The Love That I AM

Here’s a beautiful poem my dear friend Angus wrote that I’d love to share:

Poem For all.

Mirror mirror on the wall this message is for all.

Let the sunshine, let it begin, embracing our shadows with the love that is.
We humans forget that we have it within, our divine birth right the Love that is.
Let the light shine forth, deep from within, changing every cell right out to the skin.
So my brothers and sisters feel it begin, open our hearts to the God within.
Lets not struggle with pain and inhibitions, lets make it our divine mission,
To spring forth with a new leap of light and understand abundance is a birth right.
God our father loves us so, such a deep love we all want to know.
He’s been calling since the dawn of time to be reunited by his side.
So hear the trumpets play, the angels sing come this way,
Follow the guide within and walk the journey back to him,
Feeling our fathers loving embrace we melt into the cosmic race.

The Heart is the key and the doorway to the Inner Chamber of God’s Secrets. Those that reside in the heart do so at the pleasure and request of God himself. Without mercy, without effort, without sound.

Yet it is granted, by the Loving Source of all that exists, without condition or reason. You may choose awe, you may choose disgust or fear. It makes no difference to the Source. But it makes a difference to you.

I AM Adama and I speak the words of Truth. I speak now of this time when humanity is making its transition into the deeper realms of Light, that this cosmos is producing now, as we travel through these gateways of time and space as you would perceive them. There is nothing to do now but wait patiently for each step to unfold, for this is the pattern of life as it moves through the linear time experience. Do not concern yourself with the wars that are being waged. Hold instead to your own Beingness, to the Light of the Source within you. Be still, surrender, knowing that your creativity is of the utmost importance. What you choose to create here determines what kind of support you will reach, what kind of help you will receive from those Beings of Light who are there to support you.

There are many tools and practices for how we can direct our consciousness and attention to improve our life, our peace or our world. This particular practice improves all of these - it is to become a silent blesser.

As you go about your day, silently bless everything and everyone that enters your field of consciousness. Physically, the things you see and hear you can bless - by mentally saying “bless you” or simply allowing an energy of Love and Blessing to flow. Just a few moments of this practice will transform your own state, as you will be focusing on Love rather than anything else (very handy if you’re otherwise thinking negatively).

In the blessing of things, you are pouring Love into them - no matter what it is, it becomes more beautiful, nicer, healthier, happier or just better to be around than before. You will become surrounded by things that you love, and what will that do for your levels of peace? What will that do for the world - if you are transforming everything with your blessing of Love?

And of course, you don’t have to be silent about it - go out and kiss that tree and tell it you love it!! I’ll be doing the same… !

As we approach the New Year and the New Year celebration we are given a beautiful opportunity to attune to the new vibrations that are making their way into our collective reality here on Earth. In order to really experience that, there is a simple method - listening. This is the way to attunement. Take as long as you need for each step - maybe 5-10 seconds or more, really allow the state to deepen in you.

Simply relax, letting go of tension, breathing it out on the outbreath.

Keep going: emptying, emptying, emptying.

Allow yourself to settle. Be comfortable.

Rest in the Silence of your Heart. Be still inside.

Smile as you experience this nourishing feeling of Peace.

And now listen, with your Heart, to this moment.

Continue to empty on the outbreath, allowing yourself to receive more of the moment.

Let this process continue for as long as you are moved to - acknowledging any feelings or insights that come up as you are attuning to the vibrations of this moment and this time on Earth.

When you are ready to continue your day in activity, give thanks for this gift, and bring as much of this awareness of the moment as you can with you into your daily consciousness by simply choosing to anchor it (touch your thumbs and index fingers together!).

And so from the Harmony of My True Being to Yours, I join you in the Peace of the Moment and wish you every Joy and Blessing for 2010. Namaste!

Feel the Angels all around you, bathing you in Their Love, in God’s Love.

Feel the One Love of God Herself.

You are One with that Love.

That Love is You.

Breathe now for a few minutes, basking in the incredible Love of Our Creator. The Love That We Are.
