Hope springs eternal! It is as if a wave of Love flows through everything that you do when Hope is in your heart. For while many may think it is not possible to improve upon this moment, it is, for every moment is an improvement upon the one before, in God’s Eternal expansion of possibilities.
Seek now to transform your habits of thought into ones of hope, looking towards joy, blessing and constant improvement of circumstances and situations. How much can you give? However much it is, see yourself giving more. How much can you love? Love more next time. How much can you relax? Relax more next time. Yes! You say, I’m getting better and better and better!
It is not the level that is important, but the improvement. The direction towards greater love, openness, expansion, positivity and joy. As you hold hope in your heart, you draw this energy to you. Things do become better. Experiences are transformed. It is beautiful to watch this process unfolding.
Love as much as you can. And your heart will open more. It will grow stronger. Until you can love even the worst of things, and transform them with your Love.
This is a message of Hope, for all of human kind. You ARE evolving, and it brings us joy!

Humanity wakes at this hour. The time has come when many will find the courage to live their own life, and to let go of the structures and the routines they have created to meet other people’s expectations, or their own expectations in as much as they are fabricated from previous false experience.
There is so much to do, and so little time. And yet that particular feeling does not create the way, for to dwell on a lack of time is to limit the amount of progress you can make. Your hearts are expanding. Your consciousness is improving. Your cellular structures are evolving, as you make your way into Light.
Joy happens most when you are aligned with your purpose and reason for being. This negates the attitudes of searching and questing for who you are, for you will have found who you are by living your own purpose. Too much time has been spent relaxing in unproductive ways: the ways of escape, of numbing out, lowering the vibration. This is not the way. We would say now that there is only time to do those things that fuel your heart’s passion and desire. Use your choices to allow your passions to come through, for your passion is the energy of expansion and evolution, causing you to grow, to make leaps in consciousness, leaps in your capabilities, and the depths of your expression, the depths of your giving, the depths of your loving.
Know this, I AM as real as you. I may not have a body in the same physicality that you do but my vibrational essence is clear for those who are sensitive to it to interact with, and for those who are kind enough to be the bridge between us in bringing our messages through.
The heart is the key. Hope in the heart will set you free.

What are we all looking for? What are we striving for, searching for? It must be something, else we would be at peace, content in the moment. Yet for the vast majority of the time, we are not.
“What would it take to be at peace?”, you might ask yourself. What would it take to be here and now? A nice way of life perhaps, a nice town, a nice car. A nice sunrise. Friends around you. Light around you. Fresh air. Greenary.
We could speak on forever about the things that we think will soothe us, will comfort us, will allow us to be here instead of in a fantasy world, lost in thought or resistance.
Yet there is a voice that speaks which can tell you what it is you want to know. It can tell you what it is that will soothe you, comfort you, and allow you to be here. This voice is saying one thing, over and over: “Find me! Find me!” This is the voice of God, the voice of your True Self, waiting for you as an individual to discover yourself at the deepest level.
So it is this that we are searching for, our True Selves, our Real and Authentic Self, our Soul, our own Presence and Beingness. The Spark Within!
Go deeper into the mystery, and touch the spark within.

There is Light in the very fabric of you. Your Creator has made you from Light, and you are re-arranging light in every moment as you form and re-form your Reality day by day.
It is the intrinsic value, the essence, of what you came to express in this human form. Joy is what you seek, yet joy is not such much to be found as it is to be cultivated and embraced. The action of doing what you love to do, what brings the Love out of you, is a cultivation of Joy. The world needs Joy. It needs lightness, and each of us has the Holy task of bringing that Joy out in us, to contribute to the Whole.
Patterns of Harmony can fall into place quite easily when groups of people come together in Joy in this way. God’s Infinite variety makes it so that all aspects of life may be taken care of joyfully, if not by you personally, then by another, who’s very joy it is to serve you in that way.
Always then, cultivate the joy in you, the Love in you, and the Hope in you, so that all of your life can be a Joy, and not just the occasional moment as may have been your experience previously.
Hope is belief and faith in Life’s constant improvement and evolution - and being Divinely inspired, it is SO.
Beloved Brothers and Sisters,
How many of us can say we are truly free?
We might say, “if only I didn’t have this job, this mortgage, this family, these responsibilities… then I’d be free.”
Yet the deeper freedom is one of freedom in mind, body and feeling. If we are at the mercy of our thoughts, thinking about work even on a day off for example, then how free are we?
Freedom is a vibration, a state of being captured in the knowing that we can do as we choose, respond how we choose, and are fully empowered and victim to no-one or nothing. We are one with God, our power and freedom is given freely by God to exercise how we choose, as Free Will.
Will you choose complaint or praise? Acceptance or denial? Fear or Joy? Hate or Love?
You have the power to choose differently. Say it now:
I AM free to choose how I respond in each moment.
I AM free to think whatever I like.
I AM free to behave however I choose, and so is everyone else.
I AM the creator of my reality.
This is the basis of an empowered, joyful and free life, giving others the same freedom we give to ourselves.
So be free. Know you are free. Feel you are free. Because you ARE.
No longer struggle. Some of you may have heard this instruction, and yet experienced the opposite - that struggle is coming, that challenges are coming, and this is true. We are moving through the transition from struggle to ease, and all that which is within us that is connected with struggle is coming up for resolution.
And the swiftest resolution is surrender.
Read that again.
The swiftest resolution to struggle is surrender.
Any time you find yourself experiencing struggle, a sense of conflict within, take a deep breath and acknowledge your struggle to yourself. Tell God you are struggling. Own it.
And in that moment of admitting you are struggling, you will feel it and be able to release it. Choose to surrender it in that moment. Let it go like one who unclenches his fist.
Keep going, you’re getting ever more graceful.
