Simply repeat the prayer, breathing and feeling Love flowing through you, filling you even as it makes its way to who or whatever you are sending Love to. Know that this prayer will accelerate the receiving of whatever is for the highest good of all.

The more you utilize this practice, the deeper levels of Love you will access and embody, eventually coming to realize that you are this Love itself.
