The Love That I AM

There are many tools and practices for how we can direct our consciousness and attention to improve our life, our peace or our world. This particular practice improves all of these - it is to become a silent blesser.

As you go about your day, silently bless everything and everyone that enters your field of consciousness. Physically, the things you see and hear you can bless - by mentally saying “bless you” or simply allowing an energy of Love and Blessing to flow. Just a few moments of this practice will transform your own state, as you will be focusing on Love rather than anything else (very handy if you’re otherwise thinking negatively).

In the blessing of things, you are pouring Love into them - no matter what it is, it becomes more beautiful, nicer, healthier, happier or just better to be around than before. You will become surrounded by things that you love, and what will that do for your levels of peace? What will that do for the world - if you are transforming everything with your blessing of Love?

And of course, you don’t have to be silent about it - go out and kiss that tree and tell it you love it!! I’ll be doing the same… !

Allow yourself some gentle breaths before reading further.

Now move slowly through this experience of your own Divinity:

Enter now the Secret Place where God resides.

This place is a Temple within Yourself.

This Temple is You.

Feel the Divinity of this place.

Feel the Grace, the Beauty, the Purity.

Feel the Love and the Joy of being here in this place.

Feel the Angels all around you, bathing you in Their Love, in God’s Love.

Feel the One Love of God Herself.

You are One with that Love.

That Love is You.

Breathe now for a few minutes, basking in the incredible Love of Our Creator. The Love That We Are.

There is Light in the very fabric of you. Your Creator has made you from Light, and you are re-arranging light in every moment as you form and re-form your Reality day by day.

It is the intrinsic value, the essence, of what you came to express in this human form. Joy is what you seek, yet joy is not such much to be found as it is to be cultivated and embraced. The action of doing what you love to do, what brings the Love out of you, is a cultivation of Joy. The world needs Joy. It needs lightness, and each of us has the Holy task of bringing that Joy out in us, to contribute to the Whole.

Patterns of Harmony can fall into place quite easily when groups of people come together in Joy in this way. God’s Infinite variety makes it so that all aspects of life may be taken care of joyfully, if not by you personally, then by another, who’s very joy it is to serve you in that way.

Always then, cultivate the joy in you, the Love in you, and the Hope in you, so that all of your life can be a Joy, and not just the occasional moment as may have been your experience previously.

Hope is belief and faith in Life’s constant improvement and evolution - and being Divinely inspired, it is SO.

Whenever you give money, be it to a charity, a loved one, a stranger on the street, or to a shop, bank or person in exchange for a product or service, keep in mind that money is energy, Love in form. Give it in that spirit, give money always in either generosity or in gratitude, or even both. This keeps the flow open for its return to you, increasing your wealth and abundance.

On our journey through Life, we have each been given many gifts. Some are more obvious than others, some more tangible, yet each one is capable of blessing our lives in myriad ways, to the extent that we allow that blessing in and allow those gifts to be expressed.

These gifts are the things that resonate most strongly with our Original Spirit, in as much as we chose a certain life expression for our physical life. If there is an interest, an urge, or a momentum towards a certain activity, it is likely that it has the seed for our purpose within it. It can be likened to a garden, where as more and more seeds are planted, tended and watered, more and more flowers grow. And as more grow, community is created. Co-existance and Co-operation are created. Literally, in the allowing of our gifts to flourish, each one can benefit the others, just as eco-systems are created in Nature, with each part supporting the whole through its own individuality.

Yet there is an energy of resistance at work that prevents us really flowering our gifts and our passions. This resistance is likened to a refusal to nourish ourselves and those qualities within us that are both natural and the source of our deepest joy. It is akin to withholding the watering can from our plants, and like seeds they dry up and become dormant, waiting for something to burst them into life once more.

And that something, in our own lives, is Love. Love is the gift that nourishes all other gifts in this world. The more we Love something, the more Love we give to something, the more Love we allow to flow into something, the stronger and more beautiful it grows. Love is the antidote to the poison of resistance. If you find yourself resisting something - be it an action, a situation, or a thought or feeling - send Love to it. This may be challenging at first, and if so, let it merely bring your awareness to how you have been withholding Love from it. Sending Love to all that you resist is a powerful transformer of your life. For what happens when we no longer resist things? We become softer. We become lighter. We become more open. And we no longer attract negativity to us.

This is the Gift Of Love.

Are you experiencing a fullness in your life, or are you experiencing an emptiness or lack?

Take a moment now, feel within, breathe, and see which you are experiencing.

It is no coincidence that those who are filled with Love are also filled with power and abundance, that they are generous and seem to have an infinite supply from which to give from. It may be that you feel that Love is not enough. If that is the case for you, I encourage you to look honestly at yourself, and the areas of your life where you are experiencing lack, and ask yourself this:

“Am I experiencing Love in this area, this situation?”

If you are experiencing fear, lack, uncertainty, doubt, or struggle, then you will know the answer - Love is missing.

Write an inventory of the areas of lack, as an honest and in the moment appraisal of how you have created your life, and then for each one repeat 3 times:

“I allow Love to flow into this area or situation.”

Burn or tear up the inventory list (or delete if on a computer!), and go about your day, watching for guidance and hints from the Universe about how to Love more completely.

We are all being called Home. We may not realize that’s what’s happening, but it is. Deep down, you want to feel at home, to be at peace. To feel at home on Earth, to feel at home in your body. To give your mind a home so it can surrender the search for happiness or satisfaction outside itself. That home is the Heart.

You heart is capable of great love and great expansion. If you allow it to, it can give your mind a home - imagine a mind that is completely loved and accepted - no thought would be resisted, and war would end. There would be nothing to fight. And everything would be turned into Love.

Your heart is big enough to hold the whole world within its loving embrace. You can let the whole world be as it is. You can look upon all things through the eyes of Love, if you choose to. You may worry that loving that much would leave you weak, that you’d be taken advantage of, trodden on or hurt, but it would not. Love does not have favourites. If you allow Love to live inside you and flow through you, you will be offered the same kindness that you will naturally offer to another. You will love yourself more than the mind alone could ever do, and yet that is often the reasoning behind letting the mind run the show - that it will take care of you. Yet it will only take care of you as a separate individual, which denies the deeper reality of our connectedness to all things, and that will never fulfill you.

Open you heart and give the mind access to it, and suddenly the mind will perceive in new ways. It will have new and deeper information to work with. It will come to recognize Love, even if it cannot understand it, and it will gladly let go of its control in order to serve the Heart.

Be centered in the heart, breathe, and place your attention there. And feel as your life transforms.

You are Home.

This is an invitation.

You are invited in this moment to speak with your own spirit, to take up your connection to Creator in ever more deepening ways.

Bring your questions, your doubts, your fears and your dreams, and lay them out before the One Love. In doing so you will be heard, and you will be met with compassion. You will have the support that you need. This is our promise, written by the loving hand of the Masters and Guides who have walked upon the Earth, and who are doing so even now.

There are those who have chosen to join those yet to come, and they are here, and they are you. Witness that as Life continues on Earth, the threads of each life remain unbroken, they are weaved into the tapestry. Your life now is one such thread, guiding and directing humanity from where it has been to where it will be. You are the bridge, your life expression is the guiding force. You have been as a boat without a rudder, at the mercy of the winds of fate. And yet now it is time to speak up, to say what is in your heart, to give voice to it, and in doing so your life purpose will be revealed.

We are by your side, Angels, Masters and helpers alike, for Love is all there is.
